Herbals are a wonderful caffeine-free alternative to Tea. Our curated collection highlights specific flavors and aromas, much like our camellia leaf Teas. While we make no claims about health benefits, each herbal has traditional associations that may be interesting. Ancient knowledge is still worth knowing in modern times.
Includes 10 grams of each tea, enough for 3 tea times
- Hibiscus Rose: Tart and bright, this Herbal is an instant mood booster. Hibiscus flowers are blended with citrus, and tempered with rose hips for a floral aroma and mouthwatering finish. Hibiscus is traditionally associated with lowering blood pressure, and with relieving menstrual cramps and menopause symptoms.
- Moringa Mint: This refreshing Herbal blends Peppermint, Spearmint, and Moringa leaf. Moringa is known as a ‘super food’, loaded with vitamins and minerals and may help relieve arthritis, while mint leaves have long been associated with aiding digestion and acting as a decongestant. (Note: peppermint leaves may exacerbate acid reflux or heartburn).
- Turmeric Ginger: The potent spices of turmeric and ginger are mellowed with lemon myrtle to produce this zesty and fragrant Herbal. Anti-inflammatory turmeric may help relieve pain and allergies, while ginger has long been taken for nausea and digestive issues. Lemon myrtle is a traditional Australian herb valued for it's calming and soothing properties.
- Havdalah Spice: The clove and cardamom in this Herbal evoke the spice blend used in the Jewish ceremony of Havdalah. Instantly warming and comforting, this complex blend also includes nettle, raspberry, and rooibos.
