Assam Hojicha: Roasted Green Tea. An Indian tea with a Japanese twist! Assam is famous for producing strong Black Tea, but this green tea - roasted in the Japanese style - is more relaxing, while maintaining a robust flavor.
Savannah Sunrise - Black Tea. Smooth but energetic, like the languid stretch of a Big Cat. Spice notes yield a mulled fruit character, with a touch of honey in the finish.  These leaves are grown in Kenya, in the Great Rift Valley.  Long a producer of crushed leaves for tea bags, a renewed interest in whole leaf tea has swept the region, with many striking new teas as a result.
Woodland Spring - A Korean Green Tea (Woojeon) from Jeju island, this tea combines the savory richness of Japanese sencha with the light nuttiness of a Chinese green tea. Featuring a clean mineral finish, with a hint of honey, this contemplative tea makes a wonderful accompaniment to meditation.
Indonesian Oolong - a roasted oolong tea with a creamy, nutty flavor and a long lingering sweetness.
