Known as wu wei zi in Chinese, meaning “five flavor berry”, this single ingredient Herbal packs a ton of taste. Sweet and sour are prominent, backed up by peppery-spice and salty notes and savory undertones. Schisandra is traditionally taken to boost ‘qi’ - “energy”, to increase resistance to stressors, and improve concentration, coordination and endurance. The only thing we guarantee is the incredible flavor!
