What's the difference between green tea and black tea? What makes a tea vs an herbal? This session explores the officially recognized six types of tea.  We will be discussing the nature and benefits of tea, different tea growing regions of the world, and tea culture and brewing styles.
 
While sharing and answering questions, we will be tasting these four teas:
 
Woodland Spring (Korean green tea)
Rosy-fingered Dawn (Assam black tea)
Pele's Glow (Hawaii grown white tea)
Water Fairy (Roasted oolong from Fujian, China)
