In this educational session, Callisto Tea House co-owner Wendy Chen will go beyond tasting and dive deeper into tea culture. We will discuss different schools of thought on how harvesting methods relate to nature. And we will explore parallels between tea appreciation and our daily lives. This is cha dao - tea as a way of life.
